Beth, Portia, and Eddie are taking a road trip. Not just any road trip. They are taking the one that they took when they were kids with their Grandpa. He has died and in order to collect their inheritance they have to do they exact same trip and scatter his ashes at the end. Along for the ride is Felix, Beth’s husband, and Krista, Eddie’s wife. The siblings don’t really get along but they really want the money.
During the trip, they are being followed, Felix is caught lying, Krista and Eddie keep fighting, and the ashes go missing. And Eddie gets arrested. Will they make it to the end of the trip and collect the money? Or does someone have a plan to keep the money for themselves?
This was a really good story. It kept you guessing to the end about who was telling the truth and would actually get the money. Lots of twists and turns keep your interest while reading this book. Definitely a must read!
