Teacher Request for Materials

 
Is your class going to be discussing a specific topic? Do you need books for a classroom discussion? Is there a list of titles you would like to use with your students? Use this form to have materials pulled by Youth Services staff. You will be notified by email once your request is complete and ready for pickup at the check out desk or via curbside pickup.

• Seven days notice required
• Maximum number of books that can be pulled is 25 (dependent upon availability)
• Once the items are ready, you will receive an automated email/phone notification
• Items ready for pick-up will be located on the holds shelves under your last name
