The Plainfield Area Public Library (PAPL) is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) from professional construction firms to provide construction management at-risk services for a $9M interior renovation and addition at 15025 S. Illinois Street in Plainfield. The anticipated construction would begin in May 2023.
