Someone Else’s Shoes by Jojo Moyes

Two women from completely different worlds, one crazy day, a gym bag mix up, and one pair of six inch Christian Leboutin heels.

After a phone call, Sam rushes out of the gym, accidently grabbing the wrong bag. As she prepares to go into a meeting, she discovers the mistake, and has no choice but to wear the shoes she finds inside, setting off an interesting and often hilarious turn of events.

Nisha, the owner of the bag, is desperate to find it, especially since her husband has just surprised her with divorce papers and cut her off completely. Now, with no money and no clothes, Nisha has to figure out a way not just to find her bag, but how to cope in general.

Moyes hits all the right notes with her trademark humor and warmth, making this a really enjoyable read if you’re looking for something on the lighter side,
